The Survivor’s Plan Asset and Estate Organizer gives you the tools needed to, essentially, put your life in order. The Survivor’s Plan begins by outlining the basics:

In today's fast-paced world, these two items are often overlooked. In the event of an accident, sudden illness, or life-threatening disability, your family needs to know what you desire in relation to health care and life-sustaining measures. In the event of death, The Survivor’s Plan provides a reference point as your family plans a funeral with dignity.
