Peace of Mind
With Prior Planning’s Survivor’s Plan organizer comes peace of mind that eludes those whose documents aren’t in order, whose family doesn’t know their last wishes, whose estate isn't clearly defined.
It is important to remember that The Survivor’s Plan does not take the place of a will or living trust. Work with a lawyer to prepare those documents, and thereby avoid probate problems. It is also advisable to use the services of an estate planner, if you have concern over the tax burden your estate will thrust upon your family. Once prepared, these documents should be copied and the originals safely stored. The copies and the location of the originals will be contained in your Survivor’s Plan organizer.
With a completed organizer you can rest in the peace that you have saved your loved ones many hours of searching and guessing; you may even save them some tears. They, too, can be at peace because you have thought toward the future.
